Good value, minor delivery hiccup

I ordered some 'Getreidefreies Hundefutter' for my dog from Petissimo. The prices were competitive, especially for the larger bag. Shipping was free which was a nice bonus. It took about 6 days to get to me, which felt a bit slow compared to some other online stores, but it arrived in good condition. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status. Overall, a solid experience, but faster delivery would be ideal.

Detailed look at my recent order

I recently purchased 'Katzenfutter Nass' and a 'Kratzbaum' for my two cats. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, easy to navigate. I received an order confirmation quickly. The wet cat food arrived well-packaged, no dents in the cans, which sometimes happens with other retailers. The scratch post was easy to assemble with clear instructions. I noticed a small tear on one of the scratch post's sisal ropes, nothing major, but worth mentioning for quality control. Delivery took around 5 business days to my address in Colorado. I had a question about tracking and their support team answered my email within 24 hours, which was helpful. The cats seem to enjoy both items, especially the new food.

Good quality, delivery took a bit

I ordered the 'Getreidefreies Hundefutter' for my Golden Retriever, a 12kg bag. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, easy to navigate. Delivery took 6 days to reach me in Florida, which was a little longer than I expected, but it wasn't urgent. The packaging was good, no damage to the bag. My dog really likes the food, and I've noticed his coat looks healthier. I also reached out to customer support with a question about ingredients before buying, and they responded within 24 hours, which was helpful. Overall, a solid experience, just factor in shipping time.

Good food, slow shipping

I ordered Getreidefreies Hundefutter for my dog. The food quality was good, and my dog liked it. Shipping took 6 days to reach me, which was a bit longer than I hoped. Still, overall okay.

Always reliable for cat food

I've been buying 'Katzenfutter Trocken' from Petissimo for about a year now. This last order was just as consistent as previous ones. The brand I use is always in stock, which is a big plus for me. Delivery times are usually around 4-5 days, and this time was no different. My cat has some sensitivities, so finding a consistent supplier for her specific food is key. Petissimo has been that for me, which is why I keep coming back.

Diätfutter arrived fine

Ordered 'Diätfutter für Hunde'. Got it in 5 days. Product was correct. Good experience.

Reliable as always

This was my third order from Petissimo. I've consistently ordered their Hypoallergenes Hundefutter for my sensitive German Shepherd, and it always arrives as expected. This time, I also grabbed some Hundeleckerlis. The consistency is what keeps me coming back; the product is always fresh, and their packaging is good. Delivery was quicker this time, arrived in 4 days. Only minor thing is sometimes certain treats are out of stock when I try to reorder, but the food is always there.

Decent value, could be faster

I bought some Katzenfutter Nass and a Kratzbaum. The prices were fair, especially for the quality of the cat food. The scratching post seems sturdy and my cat uses it. Delivery took about five days, which isn't terrible but not super fast either. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about tracking, so that was a plus. I do wish they had more precise delivery windows.
